Travel By Subway

Take the G to the 21st St. Station. Exit the station onto the corner of 21st St & Jackson Ave. Walk south on 21st until you reach Hunter's Point Ave. (49th Ave.). Turn left onto Hunter's Point Ave. Go over the bridge and turn left onto Skillman Ave. Once on Skillman, walk a couple of blocks and turn right onto Austell Place. We are on the right at the end of the block.

Take the 7 to Hunter's Point Ave. Station. Exit the station and walk east about a half of a block and turn left onto Skillman Ave. Once on Skillman, walk a couple of blocks and turn right onto Austell Place. We are on the right at the end of the block.

Take the E/V to 23rd St./Ely Ave. Station. Exit onto 44th Dr. and walk east. Cross Jackson Ave. and continue walking until the road merges with Thomson Ave. Once on Thomson Ave., go over the bridge and turn right onto Skillman Ave. Walk about 4 blocks and turn left onto Austell Place. We are on the right at the end of the block.


Travel By Car
From Manhattan (Queens/Midtown Tunnel):
  • Stay to the right after exiting the tunnel.
  • Take the 21 ST exit toward Long Island City.
  • Ramp becomes 21ST ST (Stay right)
  • Turn RIGHT onto HUNTER'S POINT AVE./49TH AVE.
  • Turn LEFT onto SKILLMAN AVE.
  • Turn RIGHT onto AUSTELL PLACE.
  • We're on the right at the end of the block.
 From Manhattan (Queensboro Bridge):
  • 59TH ST BRIDGE becomes QUEENS BLVD/ NY-25.
  • Stay straight to go onto QUEENS PLZ S/ BRIDGE PLZ S.
  • Turn RIGHT onto JACKSON AVE/ NY-25A.
  • Turn LEFT onto THOMSON AVE.
  • Right after the bridge, turn RIGHT onto SKILLMAN AVE.
  • Turn LEFT onto AUSTELL PLACE.
  • We're on the right at the end of the block.
From Brooklyn (BQE / I-278):
  • Take exit 33 for MCGUINNESS BLVD
  • Stay to the left on the ramp.
  • Take McGuiness to its end and merge SLIGHT LEFT onto the PULASKI BRIDGE.
  • Turn RIGHT onto HUNTER'S POINT AVE/49th AVE.
  • If you have crossed Jackson Ave, you have gone too far.
  • Once on HUNTER'S POINT AVE/49th AVE., turn LEFT onto SKILLMAN AVE.
  • Turn RIGHT onto AUSTELL PLACE.
  • We're on the right at the end of the block.
 From Long Island (LIE / I-495):
  • Take the exit toward VAN DAM ST.
  • Turn RIGHT onto VAN DAM ST.
  • Turn LEFT onto THOMSON AVE.
  • Immediately before the bridge, turn LEFT onto SKILLMAN AVE.
  • Turn LEFT onto AUSTELL PLACE.
  • We're on the right at the end of the block.
From points north (I-95):
  • Take exit number 6B - on the left - for I-278 W toward TRIBORO BR
  • Take exit number 3 for HOYT AVE.
  • Stay straight to go onto HOYT AVE S / I-278
  • Turn RIGHT onto 31ST ST.
  • 31ST ST ends/becomes Northern Blvd - Turn RIGHT.
  • Northern Blvd becomes JACKSON AVE/ NY-25A when you pass under the Queensboro Bridge.
  • Stay on Jackson Ave. and then turn LEFT onto THOMSON AVE.
  • Immediate after the bridge, turn RIGHT onto SKILLMAN AVE.
  • Turn LEFT onto AUSTELL PLACE.
  • We're on the right at the end of the block.
