24x7 Emergency Support Added to IT Services Portfolio of Special Applied Intelligence

Emergency IT support is now available around-the-clock to all customers of Special Applied Intelligence ("SpecialAI"). The firm previously offered 24x7x365 technical support through its Security Incident Response Team, which is only available on a contract basis to clients who meet certain criteria.
This change to SpecialAI's Emergency Response Policy is the result of an increasing number of requests from existing customers. "It used to be that we developed these systems and left operations up to somebody else...", said Fritz Kunstler, SpecialAI's CEO. "But our business has changed with the market, so clients who depend on us to support their mission-critical systems are now the rule, not the exception."
The new, ad hoc emergency-support program isn't governed by a service-level agreement or guaranteed response times, so it's not a replacement for the existing, contract-based service. Nevertheless, SpecialAI considers the new offering an important addition to its catalog of IT services. "Any of our customers can now call us any time and get a live person...", says Birch Shambaugh, VP of Business Development. "We're proud of this program and hope that it's seen as a clear indicator of our commitment to all of our customers - big and small."
